Our furnace went out during the coldest day of the year. Through Yelps app, I was able to get quotes from 6 other HVAC specialist fairly quickly. Not only was C&V the first to respond but they could get a tech out the soonest.
Carlos came out and was really helpful with diagnosing the issue very quickly. Carlos has excellent communication skills and explained the problem and interventions. Carlos wasn’t pushy and was quick and thorough.
C & V came through in a pinch and my family won’t freeze tonight. We should also be saving money on our electric bill since we aren’t running auxiliary heat 24/7 anymore.
An easy 5 stars. I will be using C&V for any further HVAC issues.
