Our furnace stopped working and it was very cold, so it was important for us to get service very quickly which is harder to do than you might expect. Carlos gave us a time window the same day we contacted C&V. He diagnosed the issue pretty much immediately and had us back up in running in under an hour.
Carlos was a super nice guy and was knowledgeable about our problem. I hope we don’t have any HVAC issues any time soon but if we do I know who I’m calling.
